Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed adistinct slow down in overall system performance - particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such asRomance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as NFL 5.0, NBA 3.0 . and Golf Clubs 4.1.Conversation 8.0 nolonger runs, and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system. I've triedrunning Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

First keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, whileHusband1.0 is an Operating System.

So create a list of bloggers in your niche, write a good mail to webmasters asking a reciprocal link and link their site before sending the mail! In 90% of the cases you will get the link!

2)Comments comments comments:
Ya comment on as many blogs as you can. Comment honestly how you feel about the blog, so there are chances of link back. Writing a comment on well established blogs so that chances of indexing of such a pages as well as your comment is very high. And will some times count a back link for some of the search engines. May be you can have some free traffic also.

3)Write a review article:
You can write a article about a product or offer from any affiliate and post it on your blog. Don't wait for any webmaster or product owner to contact you to write the review, just do it and send a mail to that webmaster informing the good work done. Chances are high that he will appreciate the work and you could end up with some extra free traffic as well as the back link.

Google analytics released its new version to track the site traffic.
Those who don't know Google analytics, let me tell you that Google analytics is a free tool to track the site traffic and view the detail statistics.

Will Microsoft be able to Acquire Yahoo!?

There is a hot deal going on between two giants Microsoft and Yahoo!.Microsoft and yahoo! held informal deal talk years ago but was not a good success.
Now its seems that Microsoft is in hurry to acquire Yahoo!.

Yahoo! search giant has a tough competition from 'Google'. Sources said that
this deal is about $50 billion and if this is successful then this could be the highest deal in America's tech industry.

"They're getting tired of being left at the altar," said one banking source

India joined the trillion dollar economy club this week. This is due to the strong value of rupee compared to Dollar.

The other countries in this trillion dollar club are US, Japan, Germany, China, U.K,
France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Brazil and Russia.
Some experts believe that India will not sustain this position for long. India's Economy is in danger of overheating.

The Bombay Stock Exchange, with a capitalization of $944 billion, is also inching toward the magic $1 trillion mark.

Given the stresses on the economy, Credit Suisse report cautioned that India was unlikely to sustain the new level. “We would claim, given our outlook, that whatever the capitalization is today, it is likely to go down again in the near future before it sustainably stands above this mark,” it said.

“Such trends are neither transitory nor coincidental, nor are they independent from one another. Rather, they are the result of a structural shortfall in the absorptive capacity of India’s economy,” said Kristin Lindow, vice president at New York-based Moody’s.

“The U.K. is the only economy to stop being a trillion-dollar economy for a while after attaining the status the first time,” the report said.

Credit Suisse said that for 10 economies that crossed the $1 trillion mark in GDP, stock markets rose the year afterward in eight.

Google apologizes for using Chinese software

On Sunday, Sohu.com Inc. alleged that Google's Pinyin Input Method Editor tool appeared to use data from a Sohu search engine. Chinese users had also noticed the similarities.

The U.S. search engine giant Google has apologized because its new tool to ease searches in Mandarin used part of a software application developed by a Chinese rival.

"We are willing to face up to our mistake and offer an apology to users and to the Sohu company," Google Inc. said in a statement released in Beijing on Monday.

Searches using Chinese characters can be very difficult — a problem Google tried to ease with the Pinyin Input Method Editor, which enables users to input characters in Pinyin, a written system that uses Roman letters to represent sounds in Mandarin.

After the user types a few letters, the Google editor suggests possible corresponding characters.

Google said its system was based on the frequency of searches for certain Chinese words.

But it also said that surfers had identified some material that came from "non-Google data sources." It didn't give any more information.

Competition among search engines is fierce in China, where an estimated 137 million people can log on.

Google holds second place, behind Baidu.com Inc. but ahead of Yahoo and Sohu, which are in third and fourth places, respectively.

YAHOO AUSTRALIA has released its first stand-alone search project through which users can perform Flickr, Wikipedia, YouTube and Yahoo search queries simultaneously.
Alpha is similar to Google's Co-op and makes it possible to search all of your favourite search engines from a single page.

The site uses Yahoo's regular web search function, but, in addition to this, can display results from Wikipedia, Yahoo7 Answers, Flickr and YouTube.
The entire beta has been developed by Yahoo's Australian engineering department. It has not yet been decided when or if Alpha will ever see the light of day as a project.

Google has reportedly added some new applications to its Google Pack, including new security options and a fresh way to display photos.

The Google Pack is a collection of free essential software including Google Earth, Picasa, and Google Desktop. Using this, users can save on the trouble of finding, installing, and updating software.

The new security options in the Pack include Symantec Norton Security Scan and PC Tools Spyware Doctor Starter Edition.

Earlier this week, Symantec had announced an upgraded version of its free Google Pack antivirus offering called Norton Security Scan.

Besides, the new Google Pack also features a new way of photo display with Google Photos Screensaver. The photo screensaver turns the screen into a digital picture frame and displays the latest photos and shows images from the computer, Picasa Web Albums, or photo feeds from other photo-sharing sites.

With this, now the Google Pack includes a whole set of applications such as Google Earth, Google Desktop, Picasa, Google Toolbar, Google Photos Screensaver, Google Talk and Google Video Player. It also includes the partner software Mozilla Firefox, Adobe Reader, Norton Security Scan, RealPlayer, GalleryPlayer HD Images, Skype and now Spyware Doctor.
Google said that the Pack downloads and installs new as well as the other existing applications quickly and easily. Moreover, the Google Updater helps keep the applications updated.

3) To many posts: As I am the reader of many blogs out there, but its annoys me if I get too many posts from a single blog. So keep the number of posts limited per day say 2 to 4 is sufficient.

4) To many adds: Yes you want money from your blog but you should keep in mind that too many adds on the blog makes the reader confusing in between your content. And most of them will never come back loosing your blog readership! So keep the adds limited, doing this you can even make more money.

Microsoft: Use our search and we'll pay you

Microsoft is offering to pay corporations if they get their employees to use Live Search at work, the company confirmed on Friday.

"Currently, we are conducting a trial program through which Microsoft is providing service or training credits to a select number of enterprise customers based on the number of Web search queries conducted by their employees via Live Search," Windows Live spokeswoman Whitney Burk said in a statement. "These customers, in turn, are providing valuable feedback to Microsoft on the use of Web search in an enterprise environment. As search evolves into more of a productivity tool, and revenue sharing becomes more commonplace across the industry, we are engaging in mutually beneficial partnerships such as this and our recently announced deal with Lenovo to more easily enable customers to choose Live Search."

Microsoft is offering large enterprise customers free service and credits that can be redeemed for products and training if they push Live search inside their companies. Companies can get a $25,000 enrollment credit plus anywhere from $2 to $10 per computer annually, which can add up to a lot for companies with thousands of computers. In an example given on a Powerpoint presentation that Battelle partially republished, a company with 10,000 PCs and high Web searching could earn $120,000 and one with 50,000 PCs and medium Web searching could earn $200,000.

Both Microsoft and Yahoo are struggling to gain ground in the market against juggernaut Google. Google has more than 60 percent search market share, compared with Yahoo's nearly 24 percent and Microsoft's more than 8 percent share.

AdSense Referrals:

*When a publisher who signed up for Google AdSense through your referral earns their first $5 within 180 days of sign-up, you will be credited with $5.
*When that same publisher earns $100 within 180 days of sign-up and is eligible for payment, you will be credited with an additional $250.
*If, in any 180-day period, you refer 25 publishers who each earn more than $100 within 180 days of their respective sign-ups and are all eligible for payout, you will be awarded a $2,000 bonus (bonus payouts are limited to 1 per year).

AdWords Referrals:

If you do not have the means to physically transfer the hard disk, resist the temptation toreinstall your OS. There are several software tools available which will enable you to boot your computer with an alternative operating sysyem and then help you try to recover the files.

The simplest way to gain access to the files on your hard drive with a toasted OS is boot your computer with a DOS boot disk and then use a DOS compatiblefile recovery program such as Testdisk, detailed below.

Note that if you have a single hard drive with a single partition that is no longer bootable, file recovery becomes instantly more difficult. Most recovery programs will need a place to copy recovered data, and if you are using the same drive which has the lost data on it you have no guarantee that you will not be destroying more data than you save. It's a far better idea to either install a new hard drive onto the current system and put a new OS on that, or find another computer to transfer the lost hard drive to.

That said, there are several programs such as 'Winternals Disk Commander' and 'ERD Commander', that will boot your system straight into DOS or an alternate OS, then perform file recovery. None of these programs are free however.

If you have installed your hard drive into another computer, or if you have put a new drive with a separate OS into your current machine in order to boot, you now have a couple of advantages: Firstly, You can attempt to access your lost data normally through Windows File Explorer. This will not work if the partition information has been changed, since the OS will not 'see' the logical drives.
Secondly, You can safely play with recovering your files, since you now have a completely separate hard drive on which to put recovered data without compromising the source (lost) drive.

Here is some important information about recovering your lost files or data from hard drive.
Last week I lost some part of important data and was knowing the exact steps to recover,But still managed to recove almost all the data :-)
Even below are not the exact steps to recover data but at least you can prvent further damage and can recover some part of it !

The number one rule to follow when you havelost data is to not write anything more to the affected hard drive! This rule stands true for any situation...
If you have deleted a partition by accident, do not create another partition, just leave it blank.
If you have deleted files from the recycling bin that you realize you need, do not (if possible) save anything to the drive. The reason for this is that hard drives do not actually erase anything, not data or partitions. When you erase a file from the operating systems, it is just marked on the drive as having been deleted. When the system needs to store more data on the drive, it will consider files on the drive marked 'deleted' as being empty space, and cheerfully copy over them. If that happens then you're in big trouble.
The same rule applies twice over for partitions; since partition information just presents the operating system with a way of addressing the space available on the drive. If you wipe out a partition everything from it will seem to be gone.
So if there is no partition information, no data can be read by the operating system. This does not mean that your data it is not there however, only that you can't see it. Data-recovery programs have no such handicap.
What I had done in my zeal was to allow FDISK to test the integrity of the drive, which it does by writing a pattern of data to certain areas. Of course, in my case, many of these areas contained partition information and/or critical system files. The result was one missing partition, due to a destroyed boot sector, and one unbootable (but still readable) XP installation. The good news? I got it (almost) all back.
Here's how.
The first, and best thing to do in a data-loss situation is to make sure no more data is written to the drive. Obviously, if you have just the one partition and it's fried, you can't boot normally to the operating system. The best option in this situation is to transfer the drive to another computer, preferably one using the same file-system as your damaged partition (i.e. the same operating system, or a newer version).
Transferring the HDD to another computer has the dual benefit of preventing the drive from being written to accidentally, and potentially allowing you to retrieve information from the disk just by using Windows Explorer to look through file structures.
If you have damaged or erased essential operating system files, but the partition information is still intact Windows will not boot. The HDD can still be read from a different operating system which is one way out of the doom and gloom.
This was the case with one of the two XP partitions on the disk I mangled, as I was able to fully access it after moving the hard disk physically to another computer.

8) He does not socialize with the high society crowd. His past time after he gets home is to make himself some pop corn and watch television.
9) Bill Gates, the world's richest man met him for the first time only 5 years ago. Bill Gates did not think he had anything in common with Warren Buffet. So he had scheduled his meeting only for half hour. But when Gates met him, the meeting lasted for ten hours and Bill Gates became a devotee of Warren Buffet.

Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than, what other people think or say or do.
It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.
It will make or break a company, a church, a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past, we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.

We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
